Introducing our custom manufactured K20 Heater Return Blanking Kit. This kit allows you to blank off your heater return on the thermostat housing if you are not intending to run a heater and the associated pipework. The plug is machined from billet aluminium, is hard anodised and comes with a 316 Stainless Steel retainer. Our product was designed from a laser scanned thermostat housing to ensure perfect fit and finish.

Please note:

• Please use O-Ring grease or coolant to help slide in the blanking plug during install.
• Do not overtighten the two bolts used to mount the Stainless Steel retainer bracket as you do not want to crush and potentially crack the OEM plastic housing.
• No bolts included.
